Primitive Christmas Digital Paper 20 Sheets Two Tone Vintage Junk Journal Printable
Belsnickel & Bough Papers - 20 printable primitive Christmas papers, each a simple two-color design on a worn, tea-stained ground.
These are ANTIQUE PAPERS, not fabric. Old book pages and ledger sheets, sheet music, a letter in faded copperplate, postmarks and stamp shapes, shabby wallpaper, damask, harlequin, checkerboard, and a set of primitive motif prints. Every one heavily distressed, faded and rubbed like paper that has been handled for a hundred years.
Palette pulled from the Belsnickel & Bough die cuts - faded barn red and oxblood, cream and ivory, walnut brown, sage green, soot black and antique gold.
WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE - 20 papers
THE PAPER GROUNDS
Antique Book Page, Ledger Paper, Sheet Music, Handwritten Letter, and Postmarks and Stamps.
THE CLASSIC PATTERNS
Damask in oxblood, Damask in walnut, Harlequin, Checkerboard, Polka Dot, Fleur Dot, Candy Cane Stripe, and a faded Wallpaper Floral.
THE PRIMITIVE MOTIFS
Belsnickel Toile - little scenes of the old hooded Father Christmas walking with his tree and lantern, the signature paper of the set - plus Tin Stars, Feather Trees, Snowflakes, Holly and Berries, Pinecone and Pine, and Bells and Ornaments.
NO PRINTED WORDS
Several papers use writing as TEXTURE - the book page, the ledger, the sheet music, the letter, the postmarks. In every case the lettering is decorative and illegible, so nothing reads as text on your page and nothing competes with your own words.
