Thank you for shopping with Squirrel & Bee Home! Everything here is made by hand, either printed to order for you or delivered as a digital file, so our policy works a little differently from a big-box store.
Printed items (rice paper, transfers and other physical products)
These are printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we'll make it right with a free replacement. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. You don't need to send anything back.
Digital files (printables, die cuts, papers and clipart)
Because digital files can't be returned once they've been downloaded, all digital sales are final.
If a file won't open, downloads incorrectly or isn't what the listing described, email us and we'll fix it: we'll resend the file, send a corrected version, or help you get it working.
Handmade, vintage and in-stock decor
If an item arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll work out a replacement or refund with you.
