PRINTED ON BOTH SIDES - and that is the whole point
The front is your artwork in full color. The back is the same artwork again in gray. These go on COLOR SIDE DOWN, and clear film is nearly invisible once it lifts off its backing - so the gray image shows you exactly where the art is sitting, and which way round it is, while you position it. It lifts away with the backing and is not part of the finished piece.

A NOTE ON SURFACES
These are printed on clear film, so there is no white ink - every pale area lets the surface underneath show through. Frosted Plum is a soft pastel set by design - sugar plum, aqua and lots of glittery winter white - so it looks its best on white or cream. Think chalk-painted furniture, an ivory gift box, a white-washed sign or a pale tin. On a mid-tone surface the whites will pick up the color beneath them, which can be lovely, but it will not look like the photo. On dark surfaces it will not read.
HOW TO USE IT
Cut the design out close to the edge. Wet your surface generously. Lay the piece color side down, using the gray image to line it up. Cover with a wet cloth, press it down, and wait two to three minutes. Burnish, peel the backing away slowly, and the image stays behind. Full printed instructions come with every order. Works on wood, painted furniture, glass, ceramic, metal, candles and more; glass and ceramic can be oven set for durability.
