Printed edge to edge with pigment ink, which sits in the fibers and holds up well under decoupage medium once it is dry.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTear or cut the piece you want, lay it on your surface, and brush decoupage medium over the top, working from the center outward. Use a light first coat and let it dry before you add more.
